Support over the Festive Period
The Helpdesk and ARCHER support service will be available throughout the festive period as usual between 8:30 and 18:00 each working day except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day (25, 26 December) and New Years Day (1 January).
Extended weekend queue over the Festive Period
We are pleased to announce that the weekend queue will be in operation for the whole of the festive period, from 18:00 Friday 20th December until 06:00 on Monday 6 January. Jobs queued but not run during the weekend queue open hours will remain in the queue, and will be eligible to be run during a subsequent weekend. RDF Outage
The RDF is unavailable for essential hardware maintenance on 12/12/19 10:00 - 13:00. This outage will affect all RDF filesystems on Archer (/EPSRC, /NERC and /GENERAL), the DAC, the DTNs and the Container hosts.
