Compiling GS2 on ARCHER
Instructions for compiling GS2 on ARCHER (Cray XC30, Intel Xeon)
Programming Environment
The module version of GS2 on ARCHER is revision 3119. These instructions assume you are using this version (or a later version) of the code. GS2 on ARCHER was built using the Intel compiler:
module swap PrgEnv-cray PrgEnv-intel
Load the required modules
export GK_SYSTEM=archer module load cray-netcdf module load fftw module load svn
Build GS2
Build with:
make -I Makefiles gs2
